研究方向
研究方向主要定位于食品营养与安全领域,聚焦纳米材料与微生物的互作关系,利用纳米材料对食源性致病菌的抗菌效应解决食品安全问题,同时利用纳米材料对肠道益生菌的递送作用解决肠道健康问题,具体研究内容如下:
1)金属基纳米材料的体内外抗菌效应的研究;
2)生物基微纳米材料的肠道靶向递送;
