主讲《实验设计与数据处理》、《仪器分析专题》本科生课程。2025年指导22级本科生获第十届全国大学生生命科学竞赛一等奖。

针对现有食源性致病菌检测面临灵敏度低、特异性差、抗基质干扰能力弱等问题,开发了一系列基于双极电极的电化学生物传感器,结合电致化学发光、比色等信号输出方式,实现了对单增李斯特菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7、沙门氏菌等常见食源性致病菌的高灵敏、高特异性可视化检测,相关技术已经形成了稳定的知识产权布局,可为现场快速检测提供核心技术支撑。

针对现有食品快检技术及快检产品前处理手段缺乏、产品特别是基于酶抑制法农残检测产品的假阳性假阴性率较高、检测目标单一等缺陷,以食品非法添加物、农兽药残留、真菌毒素和类激素等典型化学污染物为研究对象,设计、构筑一系列对食品典型化学污染物具有高效富集和选择性分离作用的功能化纳米材料、分子印迹膜和抗体/适体,阐明其与残留危害物质的相互识别、构效关系及其吸附解析机制,研究开发对化学污染物具备特异性识别、高效富集、净化的样品前处技术及材料,研发高效全自动全过程智能化前处理设备;利用量子点和其他多色荧光纳米探针标记技术,结合微纳加工技术,发展食品复杂基质中农兽药残留、真菌毒素、类激素、非食品添加物等典型化学污染物高通量、多目标、高灵敏的快速检测方法。
