研究方向

主要研究方向为食品安全快速检测,并长期从事基于核酸扩增的快速检测方法研究。围绕核酸扩增检测中的关键问题,开发高灵敏、低背景、高准确性的核酸检测技术,用于快速检测动物疫病、动物源性成分、食源性致病菌、转基因食品等。迄今为止,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Food Control, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Microchemical Journal, 食品与发酵工业,现代食品科技等国内外期刊发表论文44篇。以第一发明人申请中国发明专利10项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(31701688),江苏省高等学校基础科学研究面上项目(21KJB550011),以及多项企业委托项目,并参与多项国家级和省级项目的研究工作。入选2018年江苏省“双创计划”科技副总,并作为评审专家参加2018-2023年江苏省食品安全示范城市创建评价工作。
